Hiroaki KOUNO
Hiroaki Kouno is our founding member and his practice has encompassed contract drafting, licensing, negotiating and consulting as well as IP rights procurement.
He has engaged in research and development of LCD (Liquid crystal display) device for four years, and has further engaged in improvement of plasma processing for MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) for three years.
He has also various experiences with respect to IP rights procurement and management. His strategic planning and practice are highly regarded by a number of clients.
